had a lovely evening in the Café de l'Opéra the other night with a group of girls and a few bottles of XVIII Bordeaux (dix-huit bordeaux). here's an interesting fact - we now have an agreement with the Café de l'Opéra that Max Bordeaux clients can take bottles bought in the Wine Gallery and drink them with their meal ... without paying corkage. this is a seriously good deal and allows us all to drink fantastically extravagent wines in one of Bordeaux's most exciting new restaurants and not burst the budget.
